We are currently only able to ship products within the United States, but are working on expanding our international shipping options to include more countries in the near future. Our top priority is customer satisfaction, so we are taking a slower approach to ensure the best shopping experience for all customers. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We hope to offer international shipping to more countries in the future.
We set a goal to ship within three business days of your order. However, in most cases, we ship within one business day. As much as possible, kits are prepared ahead of time so they are "ready to go". We use USPS Priority Mail to ship within the United States. Generally, USPS Priority Mail arrives anywhere within the Continental United States within three days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.
We are based in and ship from Austin, Texas, USA.
